It's a fantastic property on the beach, clean neat very well maintained rooms and surroundings. It's peaceful and serene. Best part is the direct view and sound of the waves from the property itself. I was sceptical to visit in monsoon but beleive me it was just lush green and weather was awesome.

Very nice beachside resort. Direct access to kind of private beach. Property is spacious with enough space for kids to play. Staff is very courteous especially Mr Rohan was so cooperative. Even small things are taken care of- e.g. we were pleasantly surprised when we saw that cars were washed in morning even when not requested. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall very nice experience. We would certainly visit here again next time.

The location of the property is fantastic. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. They even guided us with a safer route home in those bad wheather conditions. Better cleanliness of the rooms is the only possible improvement i can think about.

The property has an excellent location and the food quality is good. The rooms and premises are clean and the staff is very helpful. But the property is a bit jaded and can do with some refurbishment. Had booked a cottage through makemytrip but was allocated rooms on first floor, which the property management continued to justify as a cottage. Had to take up the issue with MMT call center for misleading booking, which was satisfactorily addressed. Hotel charges 50 bucks for a bottle of water with mrp of 20 printed on it. The practice is illegal and amounts to fleecing and should be discontinued. Except for these points, enjoyed the stay.
