Review Of Suyash Palace Hotel

Horrible staff. They denied my reservation. After fighting with them for more than two hours and waiting , they agreed to give a room. Eventhough I have paid 100% adavce for 2 nights and confirmed with the reception few day ahead of travel date, still they declined the room.

Good service and nice staff. Recommend for staying here. The food is also very good and tasty. The room was very clean.

Food was good and stay was comfortable. Amenities were also good. Staff were humble and cooperative.

No hot water in the morning and no breakfast available in the morning. Very bad experience.

Room veer bad price hige

Do not booking anyone this hotel because i have booking in make my trip in 2 days this hotel and also received booking voucher and also confirm my booking. But i have checkin hotel but manager said your booking is not confirmed.

Mosque and train noises irritating

The stay was amazing, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station and bus station. Enjoyed the stay.

Very unprofessional hotel as a married couple we were not given entry for like 20 minutes as our ids were not there with us dirty and unhygienic room corridor was smelling of liquor water glass in room was broken

Hotel is under renovation. Current rooms are average. Toilet was not clean and with all old fittings. May be after renovation the quality improves. Also no other better place to stay in Basti than this.

Poor ambiance, dirty pillow, only blanket which used like in. Room service took 1.30 hour to bring food.

Stayed from 8:00 pm and checked out at 11:15 Am.

Hotel was good, room services is very nice and complimentary breakfast is very good. Parking space is so large.
