Hotel Krinoscco, Ayodhya

We had a really bad experience at the Krinosco Hotel. First of all the price we paid was not worth it at all. I dont know why it is rated so high. Then other issues was also there, the linen and bed sheet was stained, the current in the room was going on and off. The water bottle which they gave in the room was not bottled, but they just had filled tap water and given, because there was no seal, and we could get the taste since it was tap water. Then at the time of check out we told them to make the bill and keep our luggage in the lobby, we want to visit the city and come back, and then we would have cleared our bill and taken our luggage, and in which our room tariff was already pre paid , only some restaurant bill was pending, but for that also they were creating an issue of clearing the bill before. Food also was very average. Overall very disappointed, thinking it is a 4 star property with good ratings, we had booked the property, but it was totally not worth the price.

Location is in the Ayodhya city and few kms away from Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir Food Service was excellent. Alacarte dinner was good. Breakfast Idli Bakery products needs lot of improvement. Breakfast not worth for it's cost. Hotel's planning design is very thoughtful and excellent many amenities are covered within the space. Service was excellent in all areas.

Property’s location and food is good, but service is not satisfactory. We had a medical emergency so needed some basic medicines to which we were told that upto 4km there’s no medicine shop which was completely false and no help was provided. Being in hospitality industry staffs should be little emphatic towards guests. So not trustable property at all

very nice place to stay. good and spacious rooms with options to add extra bed. staffs were really polite and helpful. the food at 4th floor was one of the best I have ever experienced. very fresh ingredients being used with little spices, still making it taste so good, we had paneer stuffed paratha. the decorations were superb. i would suggest to include breakfast while booking, its worth every penny. Ramjanmbhoomi temple and Hanumangarhi is just 4kms, due to restrictions u can get there with 2 e-rickshaws, while coming it would require single trip. as my driver told there was place for them to stay too. there was option to car wash also.

The property is close to Rampath, rooms are decent, parking space in abundance. Staff are courteous. Few improvements needed , service is good however opportunity still exists to improvise. Note:- The restaurant serves both veg and non veg food,

Cleanliness, food quality, hospitality was outstanding. Location and orientation of the hotel is equally nice.

Very good location, close to Shree Ram Janmabhumi temple. The rooms and toilets were clean. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

Positives -- The hotel had all the good amenities in the room. The staff is courteous and responding. The good options have variety and taste is also good. Negatives/ Things to be worked upon -- The view from the hotel room is not good. The glasses in the room and the room were not that clean. Additionally, it is better to take an e-rickshaw for travelling within the city than take the super costly cab service from the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the property! The location was perfect — easily accessible and well-connected to Ram Mandir, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The surroundings were clean and beautifully maintained, adding to the overall charm. What stood out most was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their warm hospitality made the entire experience memorable. Overall, it was a truly delightful stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

Received non functioning Ac room later changed to another room where TV was not working. Toilet was stinking continuously

The property is very well maintained and helpful hospitable staff. They even helped us plan our tour, and I am glad we stayed here. I have to specially mention the restaurant.
