Very poor service. We booked under with breakfast . But there was no breakfast extra 300 wasted for 2 days for breakfast in booking

Terrible - broken bathroom sink, cockroaches, old bed with used bedsheet, used quilt, air conditioner water leakage, lift not working, no fresh towel, never book oyo

No food facility available, Room & bathroom are average, Location is convenient, & Private parking is available , Just they have to maintain neat and clean rooms and bathroom fitting.

Very unhygienic, everywhere bottles and cigarette ashes were fallen, terrible state for blankets. Had to checkout immediately. Very shady place. Highly recommend to not opt for this property.

Calm and cosy, it was not that luxury but I had a comfortable stay. And the staff were also kind and helpful

Stay was good, rooms were clean, check-in experience is very smooth, hot water is not coming in washroom. Except that everything is good. Rooms are spacious.

The rooms are not cleaned. The doormat near the bathroom is missing. There is no provision of geysers in the wash room. Towels are not provided earlier. I had to talk with the manager then they supplied the towel. Even though i gave the key to the staff at the morning for room service, it was not done till i returned at around 20. 00. It is a pathetic experience to stay in leela park. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst place to stay. Rooms not clean, not maintained at all. Our stay was booked with breakfast but in the morning they said they didn't have a breakfast facility. This was the worst stay till now. Don't choose this stay. There is no hot water too. You have to ask the reception for everything.

Room wise ok, but there is no geyser, they are providing water heater, and water bucket looks dirty.

Worst Room. Totally unclean, geyser not working in restroom. Pillows and bedsheets were dirty. When asked to replace the pillow cover, the receptionist guy reluctantly ignored and the receptionist guy was playing game on mobile. Idiots, dirty room.
