No hospitality.Receptionist was so arrogant.Even the room booked online made to wait for an hour and irritated so much .Worst receiving

Bed not comfortable,Ac not working and distrubing with staff unnecessary. House keeping is good , bed sheet not clean ,

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very bad experience. While the lobby and reception area looked good, the actual room was filthy with a strong, unpleasant smell. The bathroom was in terrible condition—there was no shower, and overall hygiene was completely missing. When I politely requested the lady at the reception to change the room, her response was rude and dismissive: “All rooms are like this only.” That attitude made things worse. This hotel may appear decent from the outside, but the rooms do not match the standards you’d expect from such a property. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Definitely not worth the price or trouble.

Check In process and Staff support was good. No Parking problem and safety issue. too good hotel. would prefer to stay for my friends.

Total good experience in hotel well facilities and amenities are too good behaviour of staff so polite recommend for stay.

check in process and staff was Good. everything was well and excellent but need more perfect rooms. pest cleaning should be done in the room that is only the issues I found too many cocroaches inside the room. So I request management to do the pest cleaning. expect that everything was excellent....💯

It is an average room. Receptionist is very rude

While the stay was comfortable, we did not receive any cutlery to drink hot water even after multiple requests.

I booked that by seeing review and posted pictures only. But it was not that great. Ac was not working hot water was not there in few rooms. No food facility which is ok but the worst part was cockroaches inside the room. But owner were kind enough to manage everything and provided another room and somehow we managed 2 days there

Not satisfied with the amenities. There was no wi-fi facility provided even after repeated requests. There was no hot water. Geizers are not in working condition. There was a seepage problem in the hotel. The hotel employees are not car-dial enough with the guests.

Bathroom not maintained well. Water tab are not working properly over all ok. One thing more. Under bed some unwanted reppers are there. So please. I just recommend. Kindly clean room properly.

The stay was good. The staff were well behaved the access to the hotel to nearby places gives a advantage to the hotel. The service was as expected and the property is well maintained

On dated 24-09-2024 evening there is no water supply in bathroom. Call the reception and told him about the issue. But the didn't responded. After 1 and half hour water supply gone normal. After check out they are not provided the invoice. They told me that if i paid extra money then they will provide the invoice. As they are saying, i was booked and paid the room through make my trip, so the will not provide the gst invoice. During the stay they are told, that don't extend the stay through make my trip. You directly book the room. I denied. Fan was not in working condition, so i changed the room after one day. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Great location, efficient room service, clean and cozy hotels, speedy check-out. It was a wonderful stay.

Very peaceful and calm stay that i have really loved. The staff is really helpful and friendly, and all of the facilities are here. I heartily suggest this hotel.
