Pathetic hotel!
Hotel location is good. Hotel staff is super rude. Non-cooperative and unprofessional. Whole day there are smells of alcohol in the alleyway. The receptionist's behaviour was very rude in particular. Doesn't have a sense of hospitality. Rooms are lacking basic things. Bathroom door doesn't have a lock. There is no remote for tv. Room was unhygienic. Bedbugs here and there. It was like room has not been cleaned for many days. No toiletries provided. Worst experience overall

Property manager asked me to pay extra amount or cancel while he knew that it was non-refundable. Room was very much unhygienic. Room service was very poor.

You aksed for a pleasant stay. Now i will tell you what pleasant stay is. I got reached midnight by 1 am and hotel shutter are closed. No one can recognize the hotel by itself at all. I got so tensed and on the other hand. Their is no hygiene at all their is no pantry at hotel. And the reception person was so rude to us at midnight. Thier were no blankets in the room. Me and my family are very upset right now please make a refund to us

Very bad and dangerous hotel
This hotel is suitable for unmarried couples only. This hotel mostly booked by unmarried couple. You can notice in every morning 8 to 10 'o' clock.

Not up to the mark
groupAc was not working properly. Bedsheets were dirty. After complaining it was replaced but the new one was again dirty. Room is small.
