Wonderful hotel very neat clean and modern facilities, the location is also very good and the staff is also very polite and friendly

Made us wait for a long time while check-in. Their hotel page clearly mentioned that they accept local ids and welcome couples. Still they asked a bunch of unnecessary questions and didn't accept the driving licence. They claim that their property is a 3 star hotel but they don't even provide a water bottle to their guests which is complimentary provided by every other hotel. Also, there card machine doesn't work. On my every visit whether it was for a stay or in there restaurant hot & cheesy. Whenever i tried paying via my card there machine was not working. The rooms were clean and the food was good. The wash basin was clogged.

Ac in room is not maintained. Can't stay during day in the room due to no room open ventilation and poor condition of the airconditioner, even the lift in the floor stops and visitors get struck in the middle which is very very terrifying which i personally experienced. Room curtains are full of dirt and even the condition of the room chairs with cushion are very horrible

Too much uncompromising behaviour of hotel staff

It was an average Hotel. The Hotel is located in a nice place and it was very easy to locate. Cleanliness of the Hotel was also fine.

Food was average. Veg and non veg food are available there. Hotel staff was good. For cleanliness I will give it a 3. While reaching the hotel faced a bit issue as the hotel was not correctly marked on e-map. Area around the hotel was peaceful.

The location was on the main road, in Ghaziabad. Some construction was going on but that was fine. The dinner was good. I checked in at 11 pm and checked out at 4 in the morning. The reception person was okay. I will recommend this hotel to other travelers.
