Good place to stay, neat n clean, though limited food but is of good quality. Service is good. Very near to main road. Staff is very co operating. Proper hygiene is maintained. Late night arrival at hotel was also comfortable. Overall very much satisfied with facility

Easily accessible. I chose the ac super deluxe room and was not disappointed for the price point. Service of the staff is 4 star quality even though the hotel is 2 star. Everyone was really helpful and service was prompt. Reached the hotel 4 hours early with wife and 2 children but was accommodated in another room for the time being at reduced charge. Would recommend to solo travellers and family alike.

Payment made full, confirmation recieved from make my trip, it was non refundable as well, starcity hotel did not give the room said it's full. Want money back, else i am goingg to file a case

You have changed super deluxe ac room and maintenance was very poor. No water supply in room. They provide me another bath room to get fresh. Above disturbance delayed my schedule for two hours.

1. Flush tank was repaired after we checked in 2. Lights were not bright 3. Forgot to include food bill on checkout and on his call we return 3 km for pay .. Instead of saying thanks desk guy was arguing with us that we could not remind him for payment. (Un professional)

Good view of the hotel and the hotel is located in bad position but good hotel. Cleanliness, staff, service, food are good, no problem, wifi should improve their lives and works as advertised.
