Zero star. No care by staff. Bad behaviour.
No shaving kit, no brush kit, no sleepers. Rude behavior. Food quality good. Cleaning nice. No respect found from anyone. I don’t want to live here in future. Fully disappointed. No words.

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel sewa grand faridabad. The staff was very nice and supporting, the room was nice and clean. And most importantly, the food was tasty and healthy.

Good Stay
Room was good, pretty hygienic and clean. Room Service and food was also good but very limited items in breakfast. Overall the stay was good.

AC WAS NOT WORKING ,WASH WAS NOT CLEAN ,WHOLE HOTEL HAVING SOME KIND OF SMELL WHICH CONTINUOUSLY, BREAKFAST WAS OVER OILY AND PATHETIC .., WE ASKED FOR WATER BOTTLE AND THAT WAS SENT TO ROOM AFTER 5 REMINDERS AND 2 HOUR LATER....

Average Stay
Overall it was good as place was near to my work. Food is good. Staff is good. I see some maintenance related issues. Washroom flush push button was broken. Furniture also needs some maintenance or some polishing. With this price I would say it could have been better.

Property & location are good. Food served in kitchen is pathetic. So disgusting, no taste in chilli paneer, stuffing in parathas is just to show that these are stuffed, tasteless curries.

Third class property food unhizanic , ac not working 2 rooms but ac not working washroom not clean very bad

The hotel location was convenient for me as I had planned my meetings with my esteemed customers such as LNT, ABB etc. I was on tour from ahmedabad, rajasthan and then to Delhi NCR starting with this location. My experience: 1. been booked from MMT, the room allotted could have been as per industry standards. 2. reached property at 2am while I was ashamed to wake up the manager. I understand disturbing people who are asleep is a crime. The front desk check in experience could have been better.

Poor Stay
There was big issue of power cut and mostly light of the rooms was not working That's why couldn't stay in the night and I check out at 8 PM.

Terrible Stay
I applied for both cancellations/ postpone the trip for next month for 1 day but denied for both options. I will never book from makemytrip. If makemytrip don't want to loose customer like me, then please help for refund or book for 29th april for 1 day as booked yesterday.

There may be some issues with your reservation by the third party and it can be resolved as well if the booking is refundable. Hotel sewa grand is not a worthy place they are quite expensive according to the facility or cleaning toilet was dirty rooms are not that comfortable room door is not working properly. Thank you

Good to stay near fbd
Good hotel, night staff is less but overall ok. the checkin process took time since ours was a post mid night checkin however checkout was smooth
