The Setu Hotel

The stay is okay, not perfect. Cleaning has to be improved. The receptionist was not at all having a welcoming mentality. No water bottles provided at the time of entry

The property is good... the staff is very nice but the rooms do not have ventilation... towels were not provided in the bathroom...

Food - I’m pure vegetarian so i cant try because-hear is mix. Location - location is under vary traffic area so compulsory go by walking. Facilities - Room clean but room is small. Over all ratting is 5 above 2

1. Property room was shown as 275 sq. Ft. But actually it was approx 90sq. Ft 2. Food i didn't took 3. Facilities were normal 4. Service: no service was available. I have to pay 200 extra to taxi driver for waiting time to bring luggage from taxi which took more than half hour

Actual condition is not as good as seen in photos. Ok for a short stay. If I need to book again, I won't book this.

It did not happen as i had thought. I thought that if the photos were looking good then the hotel would also be good. I had booked the hotel with breakfast. I thought the breakfast would be good but no, because there were only two items in the breakfast, one was poha and the other was omelet and i could ask for only one of these items. I was not satisfied at all.

Room is very good and clean and service also good satisfied with room but some only extra charges paid. Thankyou

Stay was average, we went without any expectation, so not disappointed. Staff was good, helpful and was prompt. We had breakfast and aloo parathas were very good. Our stay was of 2 days but we checked out after 1 day due to some urgent work.

Checked in at night 12. Person at reception was friendly. Room was small with 0 ventilation even in washroom. Water bottle kept is also of local brand and room is not having kettle. Over all just an average stay with difference in photos vs reality.
