first hotel was not ready to accept my booking they have not issue any room with this booking. after very long discussion they saying that you have to pay 1000 rs for one room and we have paid separate 1000 rs and rs to you and they suggested us that never book. i don't know at that point what i need to do. room was very durty bedsheet and blanket was very smelly. overall very poor service. please refund my whole booking amount.
