No active response , tried contacting them multiple times. wasn't really impressed with how the receptionist or manager whoever was there responded to any queries

The hotel experience is terrible. Rooms filled with cockroaches and bedb. I want my refund. I didn’t even stayed at the hotel

I had one of the worst hotel experiences at this property. It was listed as Super OYO Hotel in Madhapur on the MakeMyTrip website and Google Maps, but the actual name and signage at the location were completely different, which was misleading and confusing. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no regard for basic hospitality. The room was in a terrible condition — unhygienic, poorly maintained, and far from what was shown in the listing. To make things worse, the property’s contact number didn’t work, and when I reached out to MakeMyTrip customer support, they were equally unresponsive and dismissive. I urge fellow travelers not to waste their money, time, or trust on this property. MakeMyTrip should seriously consider removing such listings to avoid tarnishing customer trust.

Room had cockroaches and was nothing like shown in the images and the wifi was not working, it hardly connected with less than 1 MBPS speed
