The last experience was very bad

We don't have get any room after reaching there we have to contact customer care & shift ourselves to another hotel. This is just harassing.

On the day of check in person at reception told me to pay 450 more as he said the amount i paid is too less for a ac room. Out of 3 days of my stay in the hotel, ac was not working during most of the nights, might be because of power interruption or any unkbown reason.
