The hotel was decent as per the price. Clean, and calm, and hotel staff didn't give any pain. Had WiFi available, with a Reception on call.

Rest room and room are very poor experience, water leakage in restroom and rainwater leakage inside of restroom , very very poor

My experience was terrible. Wash basin was clogged,AC was broken, Bathroom was a mess and the condition of the room was horrible-dirty and smelly.Moreover the hotel was situated in an alley where booking cab or taxi was challenging as it was nearly impossible for them to come inside the narrow alley.

The location is very close to railway station. The manager and staff are good and polite. The room is good and worth the money paid.

the location is very poor ( a dingy lane ) without any indicative boards on the main road !!! i had to go in circles before locating it with the help of local bystanders !!!

Hotel management is not better and it take too much time to get in that hotel and we booked the AC room but they don't provide for the room which I have booked and I have faced lot of issues and problems in clearing the room problem with ac and geyser also not working for geyser also we have to cal them and informed to on that geyser ...totally worst room and cleanliness is not there ...

I booked this hotel. it is showing - per single room and 2 guest. So i booked this But i go to hotel and trying to check in but the hotel manager is not giving me room at this booking price there are asking me to extra 500- money. I said the payment and all i done, he is not accepted at that price. 1. So finally i paid 500- extra money and get check in. This is very worst i seen in vijayawada places. So please guys don't go with hotel booking. Pols i requesting you to check the hotel price in office. And the deluxe room also very worst i ever seen. - for single room price is very high. Family will suffers.

When i checked in around 10. 00 pm, the receptionist informed me that he would not allow me to check in for the room at the discounted price. However, i requested him to let me in as i had booked the room and needed to appear for an exam the next morning. He declined, but he would not allow me to check in then.. I then spoke to the receptionist again and asked him what i should do as the room rent was non-refundable. He asked for an extra 800 rupees, but after some negotiation, he came down to 700 rupees. When i agreed to pay the amount, i requested a money receipt, but he refused to give me one

You'll are completely unprofessional. I had to pay extra money to claim my booking. Makemytrip left me stranded with no option and no other alternate place for me to go.

even after spoke to the hotel person they refused to give room for early check in. one day prior confirmed. they refused. very worst number one hotel in vijawada. till date

The hotel is inside a narrow street. No parking facilities. Please avoid if you have own travel. Not worth of the money that you pay. Rather waste of money

Not changed bedding, gave me used bedding sheet and all and bathroom flusher not working properly. Room service person also drunk. Better to go any another hotel.

Service not good. No clarity on tariff.

Break fast charges taken while hotel booking but they can't provide break fast. Waste of money.

Hotel is around 750 meters to railway station. Good bed. They didn't even provides towels or soaps as all other hotels do for their visitors. Looks like they are providing towels or soaps to visitors if they book directly. Also they are giving 24 hours facilities if we book directly. If we go they are following checkin around 12 pm and checkout will be before 12 pm next day.

You have collected for breakfast also but it was provided. So you have to refund the amount collected for e. They switched off ac in the morning and only fan is available. Hot water is available in the bathroom. Only two wheeler can go near the hotel as it is in a small lane. I don't know who has given 4. 1 rating to this hotel.
