Rooms are not good and also furniture is broken and no keys of almira are there and also outside hotel there is no cleanliness around

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was in extremely poor condition — several pieces of furniture were broken, the shower was not working at all, and the water taps were either leaking or not functioning properly. Additionally, the walls were damp and moistened, giving the room an uncomfortable and unhealthy feel. This level of maintenance is far below what any guest should expect, and I sincerely hope the management takes immediate steps to improve the facilities. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel in its current state.

Pathetic experience, the staff is so rude. called multiple times to clean the room but no one was ready to listen everytime they an excuse we will do it in the evening when I call in the evening then after 8pm. kindly don't include breakfast in your booking since they don't provide from their own chicken they bring cheap street food which will hardly cost 30 rs. they have given me a damaged bed. I requested them multiple but no help since I was very busy I didn't gey time find any other hotel. I am going to stay for 4 days. reception guy suggested me that don't make booking from make my trip as they charge a huge then I decided to pay them directly

Worst Hotel Experience I booked two rooms for five people, fully paid in advance. On arrival at 5 AM, the staff demanded extra money for early check-in, despite us booking a night in advance to avoid this hassle. After arguing, we got rooms on the third floor with no working lift, forcing us to carry our luggage ourselves. The hotel us by charging for included meals, only to later claim they had no chef. The rooms were filthy, bathrooms had a foul smell, and basic amenities were missing. Despite booking for five, no extra mattress was provided. The location is terrible, with noise all night
