Dear MakeMyTrip Team,
As I had already informed your team, my recent experience was deeply humiliating. Upon arrival, the hotel manager initially denied my check-in, citing the low tariff. I waited for over an hour, and only after speaking with your customer care representative did send complimentary charges to the hotel. Eventually, they allowed me to check in — but informed me that only one room was available, and I would have to adjust.
Unfortunately, the room was in terrible condition. It had no fan, no telephone, no proper toilet seat, and lacked basic amenities like a chair or table — all of which were listed during booking. I spent four hours waiting at the reception, from 9:00 PM to 1:30 AM, but no help was provided. At 1:30 AM, I had no choice but to sleep under these poor conditions.
This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I request you to take strict action against such listings and ensure proper quality checks.
