The room was not clean , it was filled with cigarettes smell and the rats were there at night

Pleasant Stay
It was a truly pleasant stay at Ginger Palace, New Delhi. The service was excellent – you never have to ask twice for anything. I would highly recommend this place for corporate events or group stays. And the food was quite decent as well. A special mention to Revenue Head Mr Sam ji, who was extremely cooperative. The entire staff was very courteous and Supporting.

Terrible Stay
Dear Team, I'd like to share my disappointing experience at your hotel. I was allocated Room 303, which was supposed to be a Super Deluxe room. However, upon inspection, I found the room to be unsatisfactory. I requested a room change, but despite my request, the team informed me that no other rooms were available, and I had to stay in the same room. The room had mosquitoes, and the wall's condition was appalling. The cleaning was subpar, the bed sheet was not properly arranged, and the washroom was in a terrible state. The jet spray wasn't working correctly. The experience was so unpleasant that I considered leaving the hotel. To make matters worse, there were insects and bugs outside my room, which entered through the main door and disturbed me throughout the night. My experience at Ginger hotel was horrible, contrary to the good reviews I had read. Neither the room nor the staff met my expectations. Sincerely, Mileend
