It was so dirty all rooms weren’t clean at all. Full on smell in washroom like public toilet, no cleaniness. Safety wise also not proper arrangements

Worst stay in my life, bed clothes were dirty, shit pot was not cleaned since ages, door lock was not working, seepage in the room and rain water got inside room during rain. Worst part they use deceptive room pictures to fool people.

Room space is ok. And AC is ok. No TV, no lock outside room, you have to keep room open when u go out. No latch in washroom, toilet was not clean , through which I got the space entry for mosquitos. No power back up. And pls check before accepting the bookings.

Cockroches were roaming around, very dirty place. THere was no key available to secure your belongings. staff behavior got changed after payment. Besd were looking used with black pillow. Same issues were facing by other peoples. This is how a hell can look like. and yes, expensive for no reason. I wish i could abuse here for the traumatic night I spent.

The rooms were not having TV, bedsheet were torn, no towels and toiletries given, no kitchen, staff took 40 minutes to find my booking done I have to call 3 times to team and informed all issues, the property owner committed to give all but nobody responded till morning departure time.

He does the booking for someone else and gives the room to someone else who pays extra. If someone comes to him at night, he tells them that there is no booking. The hotel owner lies. Or you should not do this. Make my trip, it is very fraudulent on this.

First of all, the hotel denied us the check-in, the entire experience was pathetic. We had to pay for our booking despite having an advance booking. Mm t should be held responsible for all this and a strict action must be taken towards the hotel management and mmt.

ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. AC IS NOT WORKING IN THE ROOM. I REQUESTED HOTEL STAFF FOR CHANGING MY ROOM THREE TIMES BUT THERE IS NO ACTION WAS TAKEN THEY JUST SAID WE WILL DO IT IN HALF HOUR OR IN ONE HOUR BUT EACH TIME NOTHING WAS DONE.

He'll take extra 1500 rs for staying considering this amount i'm not receiving any booking blah blah things s

if such hotels are offered by you then it affects your good will. It was the worst experience ever. I was not expecting much but at-least basic need of a hotel room should be there. The doors were in broken state you can lock from inside but when you go out there was no locking system. Washroom door had no facility to lock, even the pulling hinge was broken. No bucket no washing mug was there. The shower was working but the spray pipe had no spray knob. While walking on the floor one can feel the dust. No dust bin in the room to throw the waste. Bed sheet and blankets were clean but i felt that it was used by someone earlier. No attendant service. Local water in bisleri bottle was supplied after repeated requests. I was told that dinner menu would be sent on what's aap but i did not get any till 9pm. Finally i had to walk 2 km in search of a restaurant. In the middle of night someone was banging on the door to know if the room was empty or occupied. I saw other customers also facing the same problem. You are a big brand people believe in you so please don't offer such places.

The vibe is nice, and the spaces are comfortable. Relaxed and cozy.

worst experience ever. Booked AC room but no room had functional AC. I asked for refund but no one supported. I had to wait 3 hours to come to a resolution. they had no room available & their bell boys were living in one of the rooms. they forced us to stay in that room and they had no refund option.

Never book this hotel. No power backup. Ac doesn't work and the same is the issue with tv. Sheets are never cleaned.

When you arrive the guy at reception will say that he can't find your booking phone and you end up arguing with him then he smartly convinces you to pay cash to get the room and tell you the prepaid amount of booking will be refunded. He tells you that you will get invoice later by mail from head office.they never answer finally you end up getting scared by paying double.
