It was a good stay at the hotel. Location was also close to the highway. Neetu ji was very cooperative and polite.

Had a great experience staying at this hotel in Patna. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Their warm hospitality really made the stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Patna

The place is located in a very congested area. The place has no clear board to inform the customers that this is the hotel. From outside the hotel looks like an abandoned building in dust. Once you enter the check in is fine and your room keys are given. The rooms are not at all clean. It looks like someone used to live there 500 years ago. The kettle is soo dirty you would die of some infection. Everything in the room seemed unhealthy and dirty. The bathrooms were the worst. I suggest avoid this place.

Cleanliness was terrible. Bedsheets and pillow covers are dirty and had to change after cheking in but still the sheets were dirty. No hand-wash, soap was provided. Staffs are cooperative and friendly. Food was average with lesser options.

The staff was zero at helping to solve the problem Checked in at night but didn’t got any solution for the dirty blankets bed sheets and pillow covers. We talked to the customer care and they were not at all good at solving the issue. was not able to connect to the hotel and sending me 2 time from 5th floor to ground to handover the call to the receptionist. The hotel was super dirty, washroom was not cleaned. They just ruined my stay. 0000000000 star should be given. Horrible stay. Won’t recommend anyone to stay over here.
