bad experience, swimming pool not working, mosquitos are available. service is not up to the mark. cleaning is good

I didn't stayed there, that's why i wanted at-least partial refund but i was not given a single rupee. I wasted 3k for not staying even for a minute.

Room was good, but no geyser in winter. Breakfast was only poori subji. Actually this is marriage hall with rooms. Its not a hotel

Overall room was good. But the service was pathetic. Wifi was not working. Room service was pathetic and only one staff member was there to serve. There was no hard copy menu of which they took advantage of billing the water bottle at rs 40 and other items at a high price. Even post that the receptionist called and started asking for more food bill money which was already paid. No geyser working. Local brand mattress. No light bulb facility. The swimming pool water was dirty. Since the room was clean, i have rated 3, otherwise the staff behaviour would definitely allow me to rate 1.

First reception guy at night at 10. 30 when i tried to check-in denied saying no rooms available and was very rude every-time i stay in the hotel and i ignore but last night was terrible so writ-ting this review for others. When i confronted him he gave me a room first with no towel, no bedsheet nothing literally i am attaching the photo as well of the room. And again when i started taking pics he gave me another room. New hotels like this gets wasted because of this kind of attitude of their staff. Kindly ignore booking this hotel there are better options available in patliputra area which i am also going to take from next time.

Room was clean staffs were very friendly everything was great especially the look of the room it was awesome felt like staying in 5 staff propertys.
