My stay in this hotel was satisfactory. Rooms were basic and clean. Pros.. Very proactive and helpful staff. Mr Tamay especially. Cons.. Location. Had difficult time to get transportation from Kashi Vishwanath Temple to the hotel in the night.

The only bright spot this hotel is the guy at the front desk in the mornings “Mr. Jaiswal”. Besides that the entire hotel is a mess. The light in the toilet was not working making it completely dark. I stayed there for 3 nights and my room was not cleaned even once. On top of that the house keeping staff told me that they do not give any complementary water bottle - not even once, not even a pet bottle. In fact the aged man at the reception once told me that guests are required to be back before 2200 hrs and guests cannot order Zomato. At best they run it like a low grade hostel let alone any hotel. They kept drilling the entire day and the loud noises due to construction work was deafening. They never informed to the guests that there will be construction work and drilling going on. The food comes from an eatery nearby if you order it. I had booked a “complementary breakfast” option for my stay and the house keeping staff told me that they will get me “idly or something like that”. As far as location is concerned, the approach road (gully) is dirty and smelly. Overall very bad property. I’ll never stay there.

I had a very good experience from Collection O Nagwa Lanka. Very good hospitality, clean rooms and good food. Recommending to all those reading this review.
