Maintenance poor you will feel it at reception. Only a small table and an uneducated boy there at night when i reached. Manager dwivedi is well behaved person as i found on phone but a lot of work is required in the rooms and at reception. For example no water glasses in room. Water given but they tried to take price of it. No tea kettle. Tea came after 30-40 minutes that too in 75 ml cups, half filled an only warm not hot. Only one bath towel for all members in one room. Boy said that instructions are for one towel. Anyhow one more was given. Rooms are spacious and beds are also satisfactory, bathrooms also big but not well maintained. One room's bathroom could not be locked inside. No hand towels. All management, tea preparation, service, reception all done by the same one boy. Outside room no space, no chairs or sofa at reception. Rates, tariffs are of a middle class hotel but definitely it comes in the lower category.

Very poor service for room, it didn't had normal amenities, cleanliness was also not good both in room, mattress and washroom and all in all just found it a waste of money
