Staff were very helpful and room was worth of money.

Very Bad Experience, 1. location is Bad, 2. Room Service almost nill, 3. Amenities like TV, AC, etc. almost nothing is in working properly. Behaviour of Staffs very rude, They don't want to listen anything.

We had a good stay. Happy with the rooms and service. Good staff behaviour as well.

just ok ok Bathroom is not good. TV is not working. Bedsheet and blanket are dirty. Room was smelling

The location is good as it is in a good place from where it is easier to travel to different locations. The staff is also very good and well behaving. The cleanliness was also good and we had an amazing stay at hotel picasso.

Our experience at Hotel Picasso was extremely disappointing. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor due to a recent termite treatment, making it very difficult to sleep. The fumes were overwhelming and clearly the room was not properly ventilated after the treatment. The water bottles provided were dirty and unhygienic, and to make matters worse, there was no room service available at all. The intercom was not working, so we couldn’t even reach the front desk from our room. Both the washroom and the room were in unhygienic condition, with high humidity and a persistent bad smell. We had booked three more rooms, but none of us were willing to stay any longer. We had to move to another hotel immediately due to the unacceptable conditions. This was a very, very bad experience and we strongly request a refund for the unused rooms. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the condition of the property.

Food and Cleanliness was good but the Rooms are too small to stay and the Bathroom is was also very small

Location was at the center for covering all local sight seeing. Overall stay was good. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly

First of all jab mein morning 6 am ko ( 18 march 2025 ) ko pahuncha to hotel ka main gate close tha, outside koi bell nahi hai, avaj dene par bhi hotel ka main gate nahi khola, phi r phone kiya than 10 minutes ke baaed open kiya. Room mein baht sepage hai, washroom size so small.

Let's start with pros first. 1. The biggest USP of the hotel is it's staff and service. Absolutely best👍. Very polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel owner and staff know mostly everyone in the city. All you need to do is ask, and they can help you with food, local transport, private transport, ghat darshan, arrange boat for you, literally everything. They can give you the best recommendations and complete guide for your first time Varanasi trip. Especially with Kashi Vishwanath Temple darshan. He personally went with us and helped with smooth temple entry and darshan. 2. The hotel location is about 5-10 minutes walking distance from Assi Ghat. The hotel owner also has a hotel right in Assi ghat as well, so you can contact the hotel staff and discuss accordingly as well. You will get all types of shop in and around the hotel location as well from food, grocery, clothes, everything. Cons: There is only one con if I see, which is room size. I have stayed in better and spacious hotel rooms. This one has a bit small room size and looks congested a bit, that's all. But again, since I received the best possible service from hotel staff, this can be neglected. Highly recommend, har har mahadev🔱 🙏

Very un professional behaviour, rooms are very un hygiene and crumsy, bathroom are very short to move. Stairs are full of stains

We have stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. This hotel is value for money. Hospitality is superb. Manna yadav were very helpful ans guided us in visiting the important places and was with us for the whole time whenever required. Owner ganesh yadav has provided us the best vehicle services for the whole trip starting from airport pick up till drop. I recommend this hotel since it is value for money and hospitality

Ac delux comfortable stay for 2-3 days many famous tourist places were near by within 2km range rooms were decent staff was also good

Hotel is excellent. neat and clean . service is also excellent. mr. babul is a very helping guy. He helped a lot to explore the local shops and best chat shop. He has also arranged auto for local site seeing and those auto persons are also very good. Room service is also excellent. Only problem is for senior citizens as there is no lift facility and you have to climb stairs. But for us they have swipe the rooms to first floor for my parents. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.
