Review Of Satsang Lodge

Rooms was ver dirty. Bed sheet was not cleaned. There was very bad smell of cow dung inside hotel.There was no window in the room. Hotel staff has poor management ability. Bathroom was full of bad smell. Dont waste money in this hotel.

Not for family, unclean bed, smelled mattress, lots of rats boozing. No restaurant near to it... will not recommend anyone to stay. price is too high...

Location advantage. Satsang lodge is located just opposite to varanasi cantt railway station. Room service IA not available here. Cleanliness level is good. Bathroom is spacious. But there is no any chair or table or almirah in the room. This is a old big house turned into a hotel.

Make My trip organisation having a mou with such a third grade hotel is under grade yourself, please check once again I request you to rethink deals at hotel, rethink and do best deals .

Front manager behavior was exilent and co operative

lodge admosfear is very very bed, room bed, bathroom, pilo , blanket is unhijanik, dirty, manegment staf not safician, suqurity not peoper maintain, plz this lodge imediet black listed, no booking farthar, my money is vest, farther i thinking no longer relasion , thank you 🙏🏼

Hotel location and bathroom are like railway station waiting hall type maintenance, hygiene is very much poor, i suggest don't come with family

Denied to check in as hotel was full.. tried to contact customer support still no help ... asked for refund denied too

Pathetic stay. Very shabby hotel. No cleanliness, no toiletries, no hot water in this severe winter. Absolutely dirty linens.

The support staff were polite and helpful. I was impressed by their efforts. They allowed early check-in at 7 am. Yes the rooms are not very tidy but at this budget, it's manageable

Average. Can be rated as goo if the management takes care of hot water tap in the room(where i stayed) night lamp, water jet attached to the western commode. Advantage is very near to varanasi cantt railway station. Lots of vegeateries also available but more cleaner and spacious restaurants are not around. Narrow streets and no way you can park your vehicles.
