Location is very good , amenities are worst, basic cleaning not maintained, Geyser n hot water not available.Flush in toilet doesn't work.Bathroom ceiling is having water seepage.

the entire hotel was a mess the toilet was horribly dirty the room was itself very dirty the bedsheets and blankets were not washed . will never recommend to visit . even hot Water was not available in the taps . and no room service is available

1. Windowless room. The site mentions "city view". The only window opens into the bathroom shaft! 2. No geyser. The site mentions " hot & cold water". 3. I paid about for 2 nights for the AC triple bed rood; but it is actually 1900 per night at the hotel. 4. Landline doesn't work, couldn't order food. 5. Dirty room & bathroom. Cobwebs. 6. Towels not provided. after demanding, only 2 were given for 3 persons for 2 days. 7. AC doesn't work frequently. Was told "voltage problem". But this doesn't happen in other hotels in Varanasi where I have stayed. In fact, we visit Varanasi often, this is the worst stay even experienced. VERY BAD HOTEL. OVER CHARGED. NO SERVICE.

The staff is good and very helpful . hotel rooms are very dirty.even spider web you can see on the walls. The bathroom is very small and not clean. Hotel approach is not that bad , 50 m from the main road.
