Review Of Hotel Shiv Manglam

When I reached hotel there I got info that my booking is not visible on there portal

Staff is very good

The staff is good and very helpful . hotel rooms are very dirty.even spider web you can see on the walls. The bathroom is very small and not clean. Hotel approach is not that bad , 50 m from the main road.

This property is good location for the purpose of stay and visit Varansi and the other things and the last thing property is between in temple and railway station

Location is good. AC was not working properly. Food is not available at the property but can be ordered from outside. Overall, our stay is going okay.

The room was not ventilated and the natural lighting was poor .

The Manager was very rude and gave only 2 rooms out of 3 booked. He also denied to refund the amount for 1 room. AC rooms were booked but both the AC were not functional. He gave our rooms to some other persons at higher rates and threatened of cancelling the booking. He said I don't know you, and you have not paid the booking amount to the hotel rather you talk to whom you have made the payment. This was the worst experience of staying in Hotel Shiv Mangalam and would never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.
