Worst possible experience, the staff behaved badly with my parents and extorted 500 rs on pretext of a stained bedsheet which was already dirty, the room was smelling and the washroom was unhygienic, the hotel staff was rude and misbehaved

Wonderful rooms along with very good room service, hotel staffs are vey cooperative, rooms are very clean and for me most imporant is parking. They have private parling place which is very useful for me

Room is ok, but no lift for elderly people or people with knee issues. Don’t go for breakfast as hotel has no kitchen, they arrange poori b hajji only for breakfast. Location of hotel is good as near to assi ghat. Car parking is available but not ample as other hotels are also in same premises.

Only one attendant was there. Booked the room with breakfast but no such facility made available, bought the food from road side vendor. Asked for room service got the reply "not my responsibility.
