Hotel Ud Assi Inn Near Assi Ghat

It was a great experience ,staff was very helpful and also supportive also very good

the hotel have not very good facility according to the charges they take and no housekeeper are there very bad experience I ever had is in this hotel not even the lift is working properly very bad experience 😭😭

This is my worst experience ever staying in a hotel in regards to hygiene cleaning services utilities lifts lifts telephone etc....

So basically they don’t have basic facilities like towels and other the necessary accessories for freshness. Also we face issues with the rooms, rooms are not good as they shown in photos. It’s costly if you pay more than 500-700 per day.

It was a horrible experience. The property was really dirty and had a lot of mosquitoes. They didn’t provide mosquito repellent even after asking twice. Eventually I had to order it from Zepto. The bedsheet had stains. The sofa was covered with dust. Infact the worst part was that there was no drinking water bottle available in the room. The hotel asked us for extra money for buying water bottles while I had already paid nearly 8K for this property.

The hotel staff behaves very badly.and does not even provide the service as written in the booking note.Hotel staff behaved very rudely and did not provide any service.

Good if u want to stay near assi ghat, Need some cleaning properly, Need to change water container as they were not clean.

The room is too dirty. The tap is not working and they don't provide a basic hygiene thing like soap, shampoo which hotels always provide. Stay is really ridiculous as they didn't provide early check-in which i have booked where they have shown guaranteed 3 hrs early check-in. Images shared

Dirty rooms, dirty washroom, no sufficient water supply in toilet, no mirror inside the room for dressing, sub standard room with high price. Very casual approach

We had booked a triple room. I was apprehensive of the space but once i checked in, i was glad to see the size of the room. It was huge, perfect for 3 people. It’s very close to assi ghat and on the main street as well. Everyone was polite and the service was excellent.

Kitchen area was not cleaner hope it ll be clean in future
