I booked room for two my parents which was included with breakfast, just because my parents were new to everything. Hotel didn't serve them any breakfast plus they provided my parents congested corridor room. I have booked before the same hotel for my mother and sister and it was good experience I don't know what went wrong. maybe they saw my parents were new to everything but it was not okay for me, not fine by me at all. Ambience is good. Staff are polite this place is just fantastic and mind blowing nice hotel to stay.

It is good stay for solo travellers or business travellers but its not ideal for the family or group with female travellers and babies. Location is not convenient as no in house restaurant is available or no decent place near by for the breakfast or lunch. Rooms are so small and for cleanliness its 2. 5/5. Location of this elite stay is misleading as they say its near habsiguda metro station but that station is not near by and its totally misleading. If you want to search this location on ola then u have to select destination as rohit flower shop lalapet ( i dont know abt that flower shop but location is accurate. So if you are looking for any budget stay and single traveller then only go for this hotel. A big no if you are travel-ling with family or with babies.

1. It’s not next to any metro station…. It’s too far almost 3.5 kms from the metro as claimed. 2. Cleanliness wise right from entry it’s depleted…. Entrance is bad. Poor response and early check in is not accommodated but charged extra…. Most travelers who come by overnight bus travel this is an issue… some hotels accommodate but these guys charged extra rental… 3. No breakfast served as mentioned the charges taken was with complimentary breakfast. Would appreciate if the same is refunded 4. Basic water to drink is not given as complimentary… it is charged too…. 5. One of the worst oyo experience I’ve had… atleast treebo or itsy provides better experience. 6. The room doesn’t have cupboards
