Pathetic room
The hotel is very nice but the rooms was in a pathetic condition. Since this room is not managed directly by the hotel and is managed by a different team. As per the booking we were suppose to get a different room but we got a different room. The room was not clean, inf-act i had to pay extra to the hotel staff to get the room cleaned even though it the the responsibility of the team managing the room. No toiletries or water was provided in the room. We also found spider web at multiple places. I would suggest to book the rooms which are managed directly by the hotel.
