Washroom is too dirty hot water it's not available in the washroom staff is not supportable air conditioner is not proper working

Staff at the reception was to rude n was giving negative vibes for the stay at the hotel

I was charged more than the hotel fare

Very humble and cooperative staff. Can't forget to mention, very friendly staff as well. Quick service. Amazing cleaning of the room every day. It is worth the stay. We called for the breakfast, and i must say it was delicious. The tea and coffee were just perfect! strongly recommended. Hygiene as mentioned above was maintained, the only issue is that they have had small cockroaches recently in the room i stayed. But they are working really hard to get rid of them.

Excellent location is nice.

All the facilities were up to the mark except the size of room. I found it a bit small. The hotel is located in very prime area with 2 entrance and exits.

The main manager of this Hotel was a little rude. Other wise stay was pleasant

If you book hotel through MMT they charged higher per day for single person. But if you go directly the hotel rate per day is cheap, plus taxes for single person.

The Hotel is located near to Surat railway Station as well as st bus stand.

The Hotel near the Station in good rates as value for money. Clean and wealthy atmosphere. Rooms are smalls, suitable for travelers. Foods they arrange from outside as per choice.

Average Hotel stay in Surat. Overall was good for one night but service boy was very rude and way of his talking is like providing a free rooms.
