Good Stay
Yes. I have a feedback to share. The experience of booking for the first time became sour, the information shared was different from what was there in actual. Nowhere in the booking it's written that it's 6 bhk and we will be getting 2 bedrooms out of 6. Not sure who's responsible for this but this should not be the case.

Marvelous stay
Thea Homes is an awesome property to stay in. I have never visited such a wonderful place with all the facilities and amenities and proper hygiene. Caretaker treated us very well, he was very cooperative. Rooms were comfortable and pleasant. Delicious food was served for us. I have already recommended this property to others for their hospitality and services. I Am overwhelmed to stay here.

No electricity backup
The view of the location and the property is amazing. However we stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights, 2 nights there was no electricity, imagine sleeping in a temperature of 4 without a heater working in your room and no modes to charges your phones and other equipment's. If you want a bonfire that's is also charged. They don't have anything to do with your cars being stuck and ice on the road. They won't help you to remove the ice. We had to clean the road ourselves and get our cars moved.

Perfect stay
groupAnything you want at hill station is peace of mind, privacy, location with Panoramic views, good food. You will get everything even better to what you expect. And that too at very reasonable rates in comparison to any 4 or 5 star in Manali. Ideal place for family or group of friends. Only disadvantage is that if you are travelling in a big vehicle like tempo traveller that sometime it is difficult to go up to the hotel as the road is narrow and only small vehicle can go. Even in case of tempo traveler which we had taken the vista room caretaker assisted us through their car to transfer the luggage. Thanks to Mr. ravi who is caretaker and assisted us with everything specifically the finger licking food, bonfire etc.
