The major concern with this booking was:
1. Lack of communication/ unable to communicate to property manager or caretaker.
2. Neither we were able to confirm our lunch order to the property as the contact no. given to us was of StayVista customer care and it stayed on IVR without able to connect to someone.
3. We contacted MMT support on 13th June evening and requested for property manager/ caretaker and they further contacted StayVista and got us added to a WhatsaApp group with relevant people from StayVista, we sent them our lunch order details but no-one confirmed us back there.
4. The wrong property google location provided by MMT as actual location was atleast 2 kms away on a different direction/ road and we had a very hard time talking to local villagers to figure out the actual property location neither they contacted us.
5. After struggling to locate the property for atleast an hour in unknown village and scorching Sun and finally when we reached the property, we were surprised that they did not receive our lunch order from that WhatsApp group created and no lunch was cooked till 2:30 pm. They informed us they had Arhar Daal and Paneer Burji available so they can serve us that only. No chicken item or dessert item was available. We had no other option but to eat that and waited till 4 pm for lunch to be served.
6. During high tea, they only gave us limited french fries for 8 adults and 3 kids and stopped cooking without even our confirmation then again we had to wait for 40 mins for them to cook french fries.
7. At dinner time, we asked for Fruit Custard in dessert in advance but manager said during the time of dessert serving that custard isn’t available so they got us Gulab Jamun that too the small ones which are actually dark brown coloured rasbhari and not proper gulab jamuns.
