We had a stay at Vista Rooms for one night. We were in total 4 people in the villa. We had a pathetic experience on the same. Let me go point by point to describe my experience in detail. There was no electricity after 8 pm at the villa. The caretaker also had no clue what was the issue. Moreover, the generator was also non-operational. The entire night we had stay awake and wait for the electricity to come. The weather was also too bad that we couldn't even go out somewhere and seek help. The caretaker was also blaming the Vista room's people for keeping them also informed. They were completely clueless about when the electricity would come and the worst part was, the electricity didn't come at all. In the morning, around 9 am, the electricity came. If this is the kind of experience you will give to people, I am really sorry to say that the company wouldn't run for Long. There was no-one available to speak to at customer care also. There was no clarity given to us! I guess, you guys were waiting for a miss happening to occur. Everybody's phone battery was drained out and had there been an emergency, neither we could call anyone nor any one else could contact us. The water: there was no water available in the morning to take bath. We had to call the caretaker to at least provide us with water to take bath. It took him 1 hour to provide us with the same because of which we check-out late and had to compromise with our further plans. I fail to understand that nobody was bothered to at least check on us whether everything was ok. I don't know why the caretaker was even being asked to stay there. He knew nothing at all and had no contact details of the people in Vista Rooms. An extremely a worst experience for us and would never ever recommend Vista Rooms to anyone in future. It was a complete waste of money. They was no toiletries available too and no good food also.
