Waking up to such surroundings made each day feel refreshing and special. What truly made the experience unforgettable were the efforts of Suman and Roman. They are not just caretakers – they are the heart of this place. Their warmth, dedication, and genuine care made us feel more like family than guests. From the smallest details to ensuring our comfort at every step, they did everything with sincerity and love. The breakfasts they prepared were another highlight – fresh, flavorful, and served with so much thoughtfulness. The taste was simply amazing and the perfect way to start our mornings. This trip will always stay close to our hearts, not just because of the beautiful property and location, but because of the people who made it extraordinary. A big thank you to Suman and Roman for going above and beyond – they truly did amazingly well. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking not just a stay, but an experience to cherish.

Positive - rooms are nice spacious and clean. Kitchen has all utensils and gadgets. Good view of mountains negative - property garden kept very badly, beer bottles and garbage lying around. Bfast was bad place is remote no decent market near by. Approach to property is bad - broken road, someplace s no road

Accommodation, view and location is excellent. Should be improved in the food arrangement as well as low voltage issue in morning hours for obtaining hot water etc

A quaint lovely home with spectacular views awaits at casa pinnacle. Enjoyed our stay for 2 nights 3 days. The care taker devraj is at your beck and call and is very helpful. The food catered by vikas was homely and sumptuous. Vikas too was kind and quite helpful with things. Rooms are spacious and basic kitchen amenities exist. Few things like the microwave and fridge need an update and the building can do with an update too. Apart from that everything you need for a quite getaway awaits.

To start with, this place is not in Coonoor, it’s in Ketti. During booking, got assurance and convincing response from mallisha (vista rooms) about the road condition, parking facility! to our horror, when we arrived, the scene was an extreme contract, mud road with no parking facility! had no choice but to call up vista rooms to find out what can be done as a solution, to which we experienced ruthless behavior from stay manager and his boss . Instead of hearing client’s concern, they kept repeating that nothing can be done and asked us to walk off from property even after making the full payment. There was no other choice than to stay as it was getting darker and vista rooms assured no refund. As the website suggested, we ordered lunch from swiggy and it took 2 hours for the food to be delivered at the front gate which is at-least kms away from the property. Dinner was served from a canteen nearby which lacked taste and cleanliness. There are 6 plates in the kitchen, so one might have to clean the dishes themselves as caretaker is just namesake. Pictures posted by vista rooms are absolutely deceiving. Please look at the pictures to find out how unhygienic the place was!
