Very poor maintenance of the property, they post suit room pictures and allot standard rooms where taps and switches don’t work properly. Upon question, they argue with customers. Especially customer service lady Aparna who doesn’t have any courtesy instead of me travelling with senior citizens, one of them paralyzed on wheelchair and two toddlers, kept on insisting us to use standard while my booking was deluxe based on pictures in mmt App. Finally Person at the reception was very helpful by giving us one deluxe room where i could accommodate my

The moment, i reached there, the receptionist instantly said, no rooms for you. Then after validating he said, you booked but no rooms assigned for you. I had to wait 1:30 hours in total to get my room. It has terrible ac, used towels, terrible door lock, broken cupboards, stained bedsheet, i had to even specifically request for soaps to get those delivered

Good hospitality n tidy premium room. The hotel was easily accessible and the reception staff was very supportive

No hot water, no fan in the room, air conditioner is not working properly, broken mug in bathroom, water in the bathroom is red coloured.

Extra parking space would have been better. Stay was good in the middle of the city and was affordable. Only concern was car parking space.

Rooms were not cleaned. Bedsheet was dirty. There were cockroaches in the room. Bathroom was so dirty was not even cleaned. It was stinking and had water all over the bathroom. Pathetic. For the charge they take the bare minimum we expect is a clean room and bathroom which was very disappointing.

Best hotel i hv seen so far shld visit again

During my recent stay at auhtel kannur. While the service was impressive, the cleanliness of the hotel did not meet the same standards. The common areas like the lobby and hallways were well-kept, but the rooms themselves could use more thorough cleaning. I noticed dust on surfaces and in corners, and the bathrooms had signs of wear and could benefit from deeper cleaning. Regular and more detailed attention to the cleanliness of the rooms would greatly enhance the comfort and appeal of the hotel.

Stay was comfortable. The service was commendable. The room was clean and tidy. Access to town was easy. Overall good stay.

Parking is not there and washroom was not clean. Location is good. You should be lucky to get parking as only 2 parking space is there

Room is neat and clean. Ac is working. But tv. Isnot working. Calm and quiet atmosphere. All together worth for the money paid. Moreover the location is reachable to important places very easily.

Very good, easily access location, very easy to access location. Very near to ksrtc bus station. One kilometres to private bus station and railway station. Very good staff.

First on reporting at counter room offered room without door key, reception counter person said when you want to open on returning from work just inform will open and give. When i refused they gave another room didn’t have bathroom door inside handle. Reception at front desk informed you have manage. No other room are similarly same. So decided to stay and manage for one night.

In addition to the booking charge already paid they have charged rs. 470- extra no wifi in 3rd floor my room no hot water at all times sheet were not changing and room is not cleaning on all days quality of service is very poor. No images with me
