Review Of Aditya Residency Kannur

not very good experience in the stay. not giving water as compliment. bathroom not higenic

The only thing is room size is not upto the mark so it's better to change the room size

Location wise it's near to Staion but Food is not available in those Hotel, however rooms are clean

The room was very small, and most of the services offered on the description were unavailable. Soap or a water bottle were not present. only one towel for two occupants.

At Aditya residency the hotel didn’t provided and water bottle and the towel is also dirty. In the morning there is no facility of hot water. How can anyone will go again to Aditya residency

Room was neat but the entrance to the lodge is awkward. Value for money wise its okay. It's difficult to get auto to this location at night.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Not worth for the money paid

A small room having utility space approx 50sq. ft. only. No ventilation and not moskito nets. No hotels outside the lodge

Good service, neat and tidy room. The staff was very welcoming. Just carry blanket, soap. They dont provide one

Hotel was not exactly as per the description. No lifts, no help for luggage, small rooms. Description said it was compatible for disabled persons but the rooms are on 1st and 2nd floor. They provide only one towel per room even if the room is booked for two people

Very good stay. Clean and neat room with all facilities. But it is difficult to spot out the building. Over all good stay. 4 out of 5.

Stay was good, hotel staffs were very polite and responded properly, location also good, rooms were kept very nee t & clean.

Thank you aditya residency. I had a pleasant stay. The receptionist was really helpful and kind, thank you. Clean toilet. Great air conditioning. Comfy bed. The tv had only malayalam channels. Im really satisfied with my stay in aditya. 10/10 is what i would rate.

Location is excellent. Its in the kannur cantonment area near all the best restaurants and places of interest. Basic single room with an attached modern bathroom. I opted for a non-ac no tv room. Very comfortable and clean.

No hot water. Average stay with no facilities. Rooms were ok. Near to the city. Reception was rude.

Aditya residency is very near (950m) from kannur railway station. The hotel crew is very welcoming. The room is small but neat and clean, well maintained with good toilet and tv facilities. Good veg and non veg restaurants are within 350 m from the hotel so it's location wise very good.

The inside, i mean the room toilet are ok, but the outside entrence, reception in very bad, also the hotel is not known even i had to struggle as no auto, all most all auto at the stand heard this name aditya residency first time, mo room sevice no extra chair although the reception guy is good old man the hotel should put some boards at-least at railway station and bus stand to help people already booked this place food you have to order on line rest all is ok, ok. Thanks
