Review Of Kannur Residency

I have stayed here for a day and loved the stay.The restroom was so clean.Thats my most priority accept when I look for any room,but to my surprise the room was also great with clean bedsheets and walls are painted so well.we had to do early check in and without any additional cost we were allowed to check in.Thank you kannur residency for being good in our kannur memories.

Property is good. Blankets were having a foul smell, hope they didn't wash it for a long time... Staffs were good behavior

Stayed in a 4-bed room in Kannur—spacious, clean, and perfect for groups. Great value for money. Staff was helpful, location was ideal. Well-managed and comfortable. Neat and spacious as well Would definitely recommend!

Worth for the money.Neat and tidy room . Spacious and clean bathrooms with hot water facility.All the basic facilities are there with morning cofee.Restaurent is not available.Outside hotels are also not near by..

Room and toilet was neat and clean. Room amenities were good. Location is okay, but we need to catch auto to reach main road. It would have been better if breakfast was included for this price.

We stayed in a non AC room. Checked out on the same day as we were in Kannur only to attend a wedding. Room was very clean and comfy. Only issue for us was the Check in time of 12. We arrive at 8:30. We were however accomodated by 9:30. Overall a good stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable locality to reach out railway station and busstand

This stay served our purpose well. We were out during the day and needed a place to rest well at night. It served our purpose well. It is clean and hygienic. The staff at the reception, both during the day and night were cooperative. There are restaurants available within walking distance or a short drive away. Car parking facility is available.

I would like to express my sincere thank you to makemy trip you had given an excellent place to stay at kannur in kannur residecy. They were neat and beautiful and their services were superb. Powder rooms and bedroom were very tidy and spacious, storage spaces and sitting areas were good though. We had a memorable days with our beloveds in stay. Thank you somuch.

I stayed in non-ac room for 3 days. The room was clean and neat. I checked in much earlier than the official time, but the reception staff were really courteous and proactive in allocating the room. I really appreciate the service of the reception desk( all people. Thank you.

the rooms were kept very neat and tidy. and service also.. the only i find to tell a opinion is on check in time it should be nade flexible to all mmt hotels.. rest all good 👍

The location of the property was convenient for me, as it's near the railway station and only about 2 km from payyambalam beach and other very good eateries as well. There was no food served here, only water. There's a juice bar though, where you can get many drinks like maaza, pepsi, etc. They take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously, and i was impressed by it. Coming to the negatives, the only one i had was that they only give a small soap and a towel as toiletries, nothing else. Also, the cupboard smelled a little weird, not particularly bad, but it smelled kind of smoke-y to me, but i wasn't too bothered by it. Overall, my stay at kannur residency was good, but they could lower their prices.

I recently stayed there on a business trip. It is definitely not a fancy upscale hotel. But good value for money. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, neat and tidy. There is no restaurant. Walkable distance from the railway station but rather a bit off the main centre. The staff are friendly and helpful.
