No amenities given, no towel provided, did not even give room key to lock the room. were asked it to keep room unlocked. Room service wasnt responding multiple times. Was difficult to locate. tried to get us cab for 3x price

The worst experience ever. Denied check in even after paying. The rooms were not ready. Complete waste of money. Denied any refund too.

Remote location, worst check in experience, dirty bathroom, rude staff, no room service, no towels, dirty and unwashed bedding, stinky room. Nothing was good.

It was terrible stay neither room nor washroom is clean staff is not helpful we asked for extra pillow they don’t have

Bed sheets and quilts were really dirty with some spiders and hairs.

The hotel location was descent but it was horrible experience to stay in the room. There was no hot water in the room and had to use electric rod to heat the water

This hotel facility is good and staff behavior are so good and room is clean, bad is comfortable.

No one is present on reception since 30 minutes when i reached to hotel. Room was not clean. No any kitchen facilities is available in hotel. Bad experience.

Worst hospitality, they don’t give water, soap or any other complimentary services. The staff here are rogues, they don’t know how to behave with customers. Lot disturbance during nights, someone will come and knock the doors at midnight. It’s also very interior from the main road or sangam.
