Very good location. Hotel staff are very cooperative. Well cleaned room and bathroom. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Getting a hotel during kumbh time was difficult and this hotel was available with the owner being very helpul

On arrival the hotel gave us delux room instead we had booking for family room. We had prior booking with mm t, full payment was done, despite that they told that room is not available. After heated argument they gave us room, which they were planning to give to other, cheating is happening there as people are helpless due to kumbh many options are not available.

There was a lot of delay in check-in and the service is very poor and there is no restaurant in the hotel.

It was a tented room, till 2. 00 in the midnight it was a lot noise out side, pol were loud so not able to sleep for a moment, toilet was common, no hot water etc etc

Very plea-sent stay with super supportive staff. Great location, new interiors, rooms are small for good for solo/business stay. Highly reommended

The hotel room and specially washroom were not properly cleaned and was really unhygienic. The staff didn't provide enough essentials like towel for three people even after asking again and again, used towel was provided my the hotel.

No hot water. Cleaning issue. As per facility rate too high.

Wrong sensor key of the room was provided. Every time hotel boy is to be called to open the room. The door of the bathroom has no lock or hook on either side. No attention was paid to our complain. Urgent repair and timely maintenance is required.

Its 17 years old and needs renovation, beds are too big making the room look congested, for 2 persons they should provide a queen size or king size option.

The property locarion is very nice and reachable from every important locations in prayagraj
