The room was very small and untidy. The bath room was very small and not clean. The room was was adjacent to the main road and very noisy. We could not get a wink of sleep through out the night. The location is just adjacent to the station and it is very noisy. We could not get a wink of sleep through out the night. The room was untidy and very small. It is good for staying in, neat and clean accommodation very near to priyagraj railway station but little bit noise disturbance as properly being on roadside

Worst ever experience staying at any hotel. I would never recommend staying at this hotel. They don't even know the “h” of the hospitality. The manager was very rude starting from the very beginning.

The room when opened had smell and suffocating. Dnt checked in to the hotel. N found another decent property nearby.

Stay was ok as the rooms size is small for 3 persons. No additional services was there like food, water bottel, etc.

Do not trust staff on eatery. Otherwise, perda, TV working, ac, hot water.

Room was average but traffic noise at night was very disturbing. I suggest not to stay here

Near to station, good connectivity, no lift, no restaurant, simple stay, OK type.

I stayed room was very small and bad. Bad smell was coming. There was no knob in WC. You have to use buckets. No hot water was given as geyser not working. Staff was non cooperative and ready to fight. We booked room for 3 but it was suitable for one person only.

Location is OK but rooms are in uncomfortable, small, with out any basic need as power plug, TV, mirror, even fan is not running condition, Hotel is without lift even 5th floor, atmosphere unhygienic.

Facility. Is not as per rate.

Charged too much for 2 hour late check-out, confirmed booking but Hotel denied booking at first then we comprised on a normal room.
