very bad terrible no washroom facility camode was fitted latrine and urine was coming outside

The place despite being new wasn't clean, cigarette burn marks on bedsheet, lots of hair strands here and there, beside table dirty. Washroom flush wasn't working and on complaint they're blaming us!

According to the budget the property is very good. In this budget no other property in this budget. I am totally satisfied with the property.

1.critical location after 40 minutes find out the location and poor approach they do not understand the customer 2.Room window not able to lock. 3.drinking water not provided 4.issued a water bottle at the cost of 30rs.

The property was quite good but the staff there was not mature. The property owner needs to train them or else there is a need to hire trained staff. I felt this because I had made the payment. It was 11 o'clock and my room was ready. It was 5 o'clock and in my room there were hair on the bed and the bed sheet was dirty.
