Very bad experience, felt as cheated

Location was good. Food was ok

Located at remote location and road was very bumpy and dangerous. Basic amenities we are not provided initially and linen was dirty. The only saver was simple delicious breakfast and helping staff.
Located at a remote location from Khajiaar with a broken and dangerous road. No view. Overpriced hotel with dirty linen. The only saver was its breakfast.

Room was not at all cleaned. Linen was dirty. Dusting was not done, tables had marks of tea cups. Toilets had dust all over, like not in use since weeks. Toilet amenities and towel were not kept. Basic requirements like hot water kettle, coffee or tea making stuff not provided. Power back up was not there. No provision for mosquitoes or flies was avail. Overall it was a pathetic experience as compared to the money charged.
