familyWe took 4 rooms next to each other on a family trip and the service was very good. Location while is close to the lake, feels very close to a nature resort with lovely views and dense tree covers. The rooms fell like wooden cabins and have great views from balcony. Team was very helpful in not only property related things but went beyond and above to help us make our trip pleasant. They were very knowledgeable and resourceful. Great stay overall

The only good hotel/resort actually in khajjiar

This is the only resort/hotel in khajjiar. The property is good and view from balcony is great. Situated within the jungle, it has peaceful and serene environment and a lots of greenery. Its a bit difficult to find it, you will have to ask locals for its exact location as it is situated inside the forest area leading by a kaccha road (approx 800 meters, which is difficult to drive in. Staff is cooperative and well behaved. Food is good. Parking available but a little bit difficult to go down, expertise required. Almost all facilities available including lift. Overall no issues and good hotel. You don't have any choice if want to stay in khajjiar. Otherwise stay in dalhousie and visit khajjiar in day time.

I booked super deluxe room, while confirming over phone with hotel no. Given mmt, the room would be at ground-floor, with wooden interiors. And a comfortable room for family. Confirmed the same two times over phone. But while checkin, they allot room at 3rd floor, without lift, no wooden interiors, dirty roof wall paper and spooky washroom. I myself only call them for confirmation, no call from hotel team
