Worst washroom. Unhygienic food. No water for sometime in the washroom. Not happy with the service of hotel

I went to the hotel but couldn't stay as it is located in a remote place with no road The Hotel is stinking, unclean and the actual room is not in conformity with the photos shown in your APP. I didn't expect this from MMT. My entire payment made through you is lost. I request you to remove this hotel from your Aap.

The road from Khajjiar main (from ground area with lake) towards Hotel goes straight - as if to Hell. I must say that no sane person will go there with family. It's MOST TERRIBLE STRETCH with almost NO ROAD to hotel. May god save all those who reach hotel. I don't know how GOVT has approved this hotel with unapproachable road.

Pros- the hotel is close to the lake. Food is good. All rooms are valley facing with a large balcony. The room was neat and clean. Cons- reception does not have a pos machine. The rooms are spacious yet extremely basic. The kettle provided had dip tea pouches in it. The road leading to the hotel from khajiar is kutch and broken in many places. The parking had space for just about 4 vehicles. I had ordered a glass of milk and realised it was made of powdered milk.

The view of mount kailash from this hotel rooms is fabbb. But there were plumbing issues and they charged extra to provide heater. Overall the room and view is really amazing

Very bad stay experience in hotel. Tv is not working staff refuse to recharge air-tel tv. Poor service.

Good location, food was good, amenities were quite reasonable and staff were polite and rendered prompt and courteous service

My stay was average. It was not too good. The way to hotel was not good. It took me about 30 mins to reach because the road was full of stones, there was no light on road. Hotel manager didnt on the light on roads. He said i will not on the lights.

surrounding are quite good due to nice climate.

The location was beautiful, just behind khajjiar lake. The view of the mountain ranges was amazing and one has to experience. The food was well prepared as per our need.

Property was old but average. The food options and taste of the food was not satisfactory. Luckily the service was the only part which was good, and the location of the property. Frequent power cuts are common.

Property found in mmt aap food was average but the property location is very good but the hotel needs to improve food quality

Had a good stay at the property, good food, and very friendly staff. The property is approx 600-700 m from khajjar.

The place and view from the room is very nice. The food was also good. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The view from balcony is very good. The path to the hotel from lake is miserable and dirty. Foul smell all the way with loads of plastic garbage. Food is average and breakfast is below average. Ala carte food is good though. Staff is courteous.

The view from the room was excellent, full range of himalayas. It was near to khajjiar lake. Just 10 minutes walking distance from lake

The road lead to the hotel is damaged as very narrow. View to the mountains are spectacular. Room service is average.

Very neat & clean, fast response by staff, quick reaction to provide help, good food and very sensitive to time management.
