Hotel Nature Joint

Hotel was under construction. Rooms not ready. Lift not available in hotel. No person present at reception. When called at hotel phone no a person came after 30 min and did not entertain. Room allocated at 4th floor where lift was not available and stairs under construction. Called hotel owner he did not responded so we left the hotel àn̈d hired new hotel

view from the room is very good.Very less food option available.I suggest to carry your own food if you book this hotel.rooms are very clean and hygiene.Care taker Mr. surinder is very cooperative.Only caretaker is available in the hotel no other staff available.and this hotel is off road from main market.Car and bikes easily reached but road are not that good.but overall stay is good in this budget.

no bedsheets were changed and there were a lot of spiders as well the the hot water was also not available I had to go to other room for bathing

after entering not matching with photos and practical . Hotels enter the road also poor and light also not available. immediately I have left.

Worst you can imagine. When we arrived there no one was present at the property. No service, no meals,

The hotel is located 800-900 meters away from khajjiar meadow, and the road is extremely bad and narrow. The hotel does not provide bisleri water but normal water. The food as well is quite bad. They did not even ask to verify the documents at the time of check-in. There are very few charging points in the room. The only good thing is that the room is fairly clean and the view is great. They provide a heater which they charge extra for, which is fine.

Lcd was not working there was no electricity back up but view was very nice we enjoyed at terrace.

Hed a lovely time staying at the hotel. The view from the rooftop as well as the room was amazing. The food provided was reasonably good. The staff was supporting and understanding. Please consider if you are looking for a hotel within budget with decent view and comfortable stay.

Location is okay. Food quality and variety were very poor. There was a single person to do all arrangements, cooking and serving all the guests. No one communicated us from the hotel before hand. When we reached there with two children, there was nothing to feed us. He said he need to buy snacks from the market. Though he had tried his best to serve us. Rooms were spacious but poorly maintained. Over all the stay was average.

It was not a stay worth writing about. It was horrible. Owner refused even to cancel the booking. A small dingy washroom, no proper water supply. Tank water was metallic yellow. No wifi, a small 32 " tv with pathetic dd channels. Lone attendant was a villager who knew nothing about hospitality. They did not even had proper utensils. I paid more than 2000 for a room worth 500. I demand full refund of my money.

Pleasant whether especially tariff lot of enjoy a lot, morning and evening view are pleasant 360 degree view of doulidhar range mountains covered with snow seen all around. Thnks

One of worst experience to stay in this hotel nothing is good in the hotel like room bathroom bed etc

It was group stay, room was good, location was not convenient, Hotel services was good staff behavior was also good. Overall it was an average stay. I would like to recommend to others.

It was a group stay, room was specious, washroom was clean, interiors and facilities was very nice, staff behavior was polite, location was very good, value for money. Only they need to improve the food and increase the food variety in their menu. Rest all were good. Overall it was a good experience. I will recommend to all.
