Hotel Khajjiar Regency

Rooms were nice and spacious, and staff was friendly and willing to resolve any shortcomings. The accommodation provides the basic amenities, and is clean. We had a wonderful view of the sunrise from the room, through the large glass window.

The room was average but not well maintained. Bed sheet was torn at places. We ordered in house food which was very bad.

Location is good, food also good, service is average

1. Rooms are good but it is having lots of scope of improvement like washroom needs to be cleaned more often 2. Soaps and towels needs to be changed daily which did not happened 3. Good view hotel - this is positive for the stay 4. Food is of below quality 5. Mineral water is charged doubled like they charged rs 40 and the actual cost is rs 20.

The staff was very pleasant especially the manager. Food was also good. The hotel is located just 3 kms from the meadows.

- rooms were decent although the interiors and washroom can still be improved - staff was quite supportive and polite - food taste was not that good - the provided wifi is very slow - all hotels in the locality are similar only so this can be choice - mattress quality can be improved, i had back pain the next morning

The hotel must declare that the property is under maintenance or not fully functional. The property might be in off season mode and thus was working minimally. We were offered a choice room as we were the sole occupant in nov22. Owners were nice n hospitable. There was no hotel like services or food. We would have moved to some other property if we had a choice. We paid in advance so we were stuck. Owners tried to help a lot. Thanks

Terrible room not worth at cleanness can be taken care

Good service, good room, satisfactory.

Everything was phenomenal. Hosts were very cordial. Room was very neat and clean. View was mesmerizing. Overall my stay with my wife was very soothing and relaxing.

Very good

1. Soiled bed linen. 2. Soiled quilt. 3. Dusty room. 4. Nasty lobby. 5. No working wall socket for charging phones. 6. No drinking water in the room. 7. No wardrobe in the room. 8. Insufficient light in the common passage, staircase. 9. No light in the balcony, terrace. 10. No security guard at the property. 11. Only one worker and one cook except the owner. 12. Only 'aloo paratha' offered as complementary breakfast. 13. Neither tea, nor coffee available with complimentary breakfast.

Hotel location around was very pretty, staff help a lot, 1 point for room because it was winter quilt was provided but not in good condition torn it was which was disappointing, at 10-11 pm they provided dinner which was impressive.

I found this Hotel the worst one I have ever stayed in. The Hotel is totally uncleaned and in tidy condition. Total 5 people staff who are taking care of all the activities including, but not limited to cooking, serving food, housekeeping, washing clothes and utensils though they remained uncleaned often, and what not. I would never like to stay in this Hotel again. It was total waste of money and energy.

Poor room is well constructed and spacious with a good view outside. Food quality OK. Cons Room service is not at all up to the mark considering the price tag. No proper towel/bathing material provided unless asked so many times. No Almirah or storage space in rooms though the room is spacious. Have to keep luggage on floor/table.

It's a third class Hotel, third class down Hotel.

The food was amazing and the room service was also amazing. Rooms were also good.
