The quality of food and conditions of rooms, swimming pool both are substandard as compared to the price we pay. Hotel is old and they did some renovations but still look older.

The property was easily located, and the food quality was amazing. The overall experience is excellent.

Severe security and safety issues encountered at hotel room. Main door lock not working, burnt out electric switches, cockroaches. I had to checkout within 1 hour of checkin. Details and photos mailed to your support id. Please issue full refund to me.

Not cleanness available in room and hotel area poor condition, deluxe room not delex service, not like shows in pictures no proper pait outside and room service staff behavior not good, manager give good feedback but improvement needed.

Stay at the hotel is okay. Service is good. Location of the hotel is very reachable and near to station and market. But maintenance was not up to the mark.

I was here with my wife.This hotel has a spacious room,clean toilet.The loom of the hotel is vintage as it's old .The service is good and prompt.Also food is 👍 good.You can play carrom,Chess and table tennis.We enjoyed late night carrom.Swimming pool is 10 feet , which is good.But the pool needs proper clean,but it was not bad . Overall value for money.

In affordable rates provide good service, rooms are also in good condition. The cooler is also in good condition. Cleaning and washroom are also in good condition. Nearest location from railway station & bus stand, central location in lonavala.

Hotel staff was pathetic nd i had worst experience. They are completely money minded. Everything they will charge extra money like water bottle, toothpaste, brush, soap. Charging double amount from mrp price. Don't go this hotel

It's the best place to stay if your visiting lonavala. It's at very prime location where bus stand, railway station, resturants and other things are very near by. The staff here is very supportive and they are very decent. Room are also good and the staff make sure u get a comfy stay the tariff is also really affordable. I would recommend people to stay here
