Good Stay
The hotel location is close to Vailankani Church and beach. The rooms are spacious and clean including the washroom. The restaurant serves very good food especially the complimentary breakfast had really good variety.

Though it says it is a beach resort and the rate card demands the same, the only place from where we could see the beach is from the Lift. This is my 2nd time here. Wifi - Pretty darn slow! wonder if it is working or not. couldn't connect any phone to the wifi with the password given. Though they did come up n help me connect through qr code scanning method but lost the connection after 5 mins. But still the best hotel in that area I believe.

Good location for Shrine visit
Hotel is conveniently located near the shrine and breakfast menu was very good. Very good hospitality by the staff. Should try assist for additional hours stay incase required since most of the trains leave late in the evening

It was good, but the rooms are different from how it’s shown in the picture and it’s not that posh. Needs painting. Not worth 4K per night stay

Good Stay
1) Room and bathroom were clean. 2) We were not given a sea view room. 3) there were some constructiin or renovation work going on and the continuous drilling sound on the roof was a bit too much. 4) Wheelchair accessibility to the reception from parking is NOT given. 5) The road in front of the hotel is so pathetic filledwith water and mud. They should coordinate with municipality and get the road tarred asap. 6) Staff are very business minded and not very helpful. 7) Restaurant and food was good. 8) Totally clean and comfortable with some more attention to improvement.

Location is near to the church. Staff members were not friendly, specifically the front desk staff. Was very strangely strict on checking in and out timings, I think that was because of the booking done through MMT. Room was decent and clean. Food average quality at high price but better options available near by.

As per your room facility, the description shows 'Sea view'. The actual window view is construction materials and a building wall nearby with no view of any nature at all. When I mentioned about this, no response at all. I understood that later there were sea view rooms available.

The property is in an excellent location, just a short walk from or to the shrine, making it very convenient and accessible. The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any queries, which made my stay very comfortable. The rooms are well-maintained and the service is prompt. Rooms were clean and excellent. However, dirty towels and sheets were provided which were promptly replaced after reaching out to the house keeping team. The main deal breaker was the restaurant manager Anbu's attitude when we dropped by early for breakfast after the morning service. We were at the restaurant by 7:10 but the counter opens by 7:30, we sat there and whatever was on the counter was served to the kids as they were hungry. This dude kept nudging us that the counter opens at 7:30 and why are you all here. Then goes on to say kids will be charged for breakfast and it was a complete bummer for an otherwise decent experience Rooms were clean and excellent. Terrible experience! I accidentally made payment twice for the same booking through Amazon Pay, and when notified by the hotel receptionist, cancelled the second booking and while MakeMyTrip was willing to refund the 2nd payment amount, the hotel manager refused despite my repeated persona requests. He agreed to look into it in person but backtracked later, which felt dishonest. No refund, no compensation for the amount on food or upgradation of room for that amount. Poor customer service and unprofessional. Book elsewhere to avoid issues.

As the booking and payment were made through MakeMyTrip, any refund could only be processed by them, not directly by the hotel. Eventually, MakeMyTrip initiated the refund and the payment was successfully returned to you. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused during the process, but kindly note that the duplicate payment was a result of an accidental double booking from your side, not due to any fault from the hotel. A very pleasant stay. Receptionist was very polite and courteous. The restaurant team was very aggressive and demanding. When I requested for some plates Nd spoons he insisted for to place food order first only then they would provide plates. Very close to church. Amenities provided was good. Needs to work on being proactive and customer satisfaction centered

The location was perfect for the visit to the shrine,it was very clean and I loved that .there was no ocean views from the room as claimed by the property but that's not a bummer,there are too many staff -all males so that can be a bit daunting for women travellers who are alone.Food was very good and my family had all meals there .Room service was also very good Staff was courteous and welcoming.
