Anugraha Beach Residency

The hotel is located close to the Church and beach. The staff was very helpful and were happy to help with any queries which we had.The rooms were very clean. Overall it was a very good experience.

It was nice and comfortable stay. Wish there was dining or doorstep food ordering. You will have to step out for lunch or Dinner. The rooms and staff were pretty good. Neat and clean rooms, and the hotel located very near to the main church and the beach.

I had a wonderful stay at this property, which is just a minute’s walk from the main shrine – an incredibly convenient location. The two-floor building is well-maintained, and the AC worked perfectly, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Do note that there is no elevator, so you’ll need to climb two flights of stairs – something to keep in mind. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

I booked this property for a stay with my parents because of the good reviews. It was a disappointing experience however. Overall, the pros are that the property is right near the main church and the staff are helpful. It also has hot water available in the bathrooms. Some very strong negatives however include that the rooms are run down, we had to request for basic amenities like a glass, soap etc. The whole hotel had only one glass available! the rooms are narrow and in what seems to be an under construction building. This is alright for a quick budget place, but will not suggest if travel-ling with family.

The stay at anugraha beach residency, velankanni is very comfortable. The residency is very near to the church and view of the sea from the building is very good. Hot water supply for bath is in 24 hours. We feel very good. Thanks

the stay was ok but the room size is too small and not enough for 2 adults and 2 kids to stay. also no toiletries were provided ☹️

The room offered two excellent views on both sides - shrine basilica and the sea. I don’t know if there are other properties with such a usp. You can even watch the holy mass sitting in your room and the beach is only good for a view with a vantage point like this. Rooms are clean and they provide good linen. Also the staff are courteous. Hotel saravana bhavan is the adjacent property and you get decent vegetarian food. Some minus points: had to pay almost double as i stayed on a saturday night. No lift and the room is small- but you are on a pilgrimage and not a pleasure trip. Climbing stairs might be difficult for some especially families with old people
